Panorama from the top of Angel Island (Quicktime VR) Ayala Cove at Angel Island is one of best weekend destinations for sailors on the Bay. Besides a great anchorage and mooring field, from the top of Mt Livermore (781'), you've got a spectacular view of the entire Bay Area. This starts with the view across Racoon Straights towards Tiberon and Belvedere with the Corinthian Yacht Club just right of center. As you pan to the west and south (left), you'll go past Richardson Bay and Sausalito, the Marin Headlands, the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and the San Francisco cityfront, the Bay Bridge with Yerba Buena/Treasure Island and finish up at Alameda, Oakland and Emeryville.

We've been going to Antigua since 1999 for Antigua Sailing Week (www.sailingweek.com), both for racing and crusing. It is most certainly the best sailing in the world! Antigua and Barbuda are located at the top of the Leeward Islands in the Caribbean. During the season (Nov - Jul), winds are consistently at 10-20 knots from the southeast. We once did a passage from Guadeloupe to Antigua (42 nm) in a little under 5 hours without touching a sail! Absolutely incredible! Following are just a couple of shots from our trips.
