Was responsible for all aspects of Online Information Services for Talarian Corporation, a supplier of publish/subscribe middleware. Was also responsible for user support for Talarians SFA application, SalesLogix.

Managing a team of web developers and system administrators, primary duties consisted of development, enhancement and ongoing support of the corporate Inter- and Intranet web sites including administration of the http and ftp servers, evaluation and installation of software relating to site administration and support, and user support for the Sales and Marketing groups.

Accomplishments included successfully assuming the management of the reimplementation and rollout of SalesLogix, the design and implementation of a corporate Intranet with an interactive Employee Locator Database, and the design and development of processes to allow dynamic content management of portions of the Corporate web sites including job postings and online surveys.

Also during this time, served on the Board of Directors and was webmaster for Pacific Inter-Club Yachting Association (http://www.picya.org). Designed and implemented the associations web site including an interactive calendar for the public use, and private, secure calendars for individual member clubs.

The Ames Image Library Server, or AILS (http://ails.arc.nasa.gov) is an Image repository highlighting Ames’ research projects and is part of a larger Image Exchange system comprised of other NASA centers, the NASA Image eXchange (http://nix.nasa.gov). Was solely responsible for site, system and database architecture, page layout, image processing, file indexing and general system functionality as well as integration and interfacing with other NIX sites.

Other projects include the Documentation Development Division site, Ames Sailing Club, ISO 9000 Resource Center, Management Controls Training and Audit Liaison, Risk Classification Database, and the NASA Bankcard web site.
